Supported networks
The platform supports two cryptocurrencies on three networks:
| Currency | Network | Chain | Confirmations | Decimals |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | TRC20 | Tron | 20 | 2 |
| USDT | ERC20 | Ethereum | 12 | 2 |
| BTC | BTC | Bitcoin | 3 | 8 |
The list of networks available for deposit and withdrawal may change — for example, Ethereum (ERC20) is toggled by admins depending on gas costs. The live list shows in the Wallet → Deposit and Wallet → Withdraw forms.
Choosing a USDT network
TRC20 (Tron) is the default for most users. Low flat fee (from 5 USDT per withdrawal), fast confirmations (20 blocks ≈ 1 minute), broadly supported by exchanges.
ERC20 (Ethereum) is needed if you're withdrawing to an address that accepts Ethereum only (some exchanges, DeFi apps). Downsides: high fee — depends on current gas, can fluctuate from 4 to 18 USDT per withdrawal. Confirmations: 12 blocks ≈ 2.5–3 minutes.
In most cases — TRC20.
About USDT networks. A TRC20 address and an ERC20 address are different strings. If you send USDT TRC20 to an ERC20 address, the funds are gone forever. Before any transfer, verify that the sender's selected network matches the network you picked in our deposit form.
Trade fees (1%)
Each successfully completed trade has a 1% fee on the crypto amount — but only the ad creator (trader) pays it.
- If you posted a sell ad and someone bought 100 USDT from you — your wallet is debited 100 USDT to the buyer and 1 USDT to the platform (101 USDT total). These 101 USDT are locked in escrow at trade open.
- If you posted a buy ad and someone sold 100 USDT to you — you receive 99 USDT (the platform takes 1 USDT). The seller gives exactly 100 USDT.
- If you're a client coming via someone else's ad — you don't pay any fee.
If the ad creator has a referrer, part of the commission is credited to them — see Referral program.
The trade fee is charged only on successful completion (status = COMPLETED). On cancellation or a dispute resolved as cancelled — no fee.
Deposit fees
The platform charges nothing on deposits.
The network fee (gas) on a deposit is paid by the sender — meaning if you transfer USDT TRC20 from an exchange to your BitMoment address, the exchange takes its fee on its side. We receive exactly the amount the sender paid minus the network fee.
Withdrawal fees
The fee depends on network and withdrawal amount. We use a tiered schedule — the larger the amount, the higher the absolute fee, but usually lower as a percentage.
USDT TRC20
| Withdrawal size | Fee |
|---|---|
| small | 5 USDT |
| medium | 7 USDT |
| large | 11 USDT |
| very large | 18 USDT |
USDT ERC20
| Withdrawal size | Fee |
|---|---|
| small | 4 USDT |
| medium | 6 USDT |
| large | 10 USDT |
| very large | 18 USDT |
BTC
For BTC, six tiers from 0.00032 BTC (smallest withdrawals) up to 0.0033 BTC (large). The exact value depends on the amount.
The exact fee for your amount is always shown in the withdrawal form before you confirm.
How confirmations are counted
After you send a deposit, the transaction has to be included in the blockchain and accumulate the required number of confirmations (new blocks added after the block containing your transaction).
- TRC20: 20 confirmations ≈ 1 minute.
- ERC20: 12 confirmations ≈ 2.5–3 minutes.
- BTC: 3 confirmations ≈ 30 minutes (Bitcoin is slow, new block roughly every 10 minutes).
If your deposit is stuck in pending after the required confirmations, one of two things is happening:
- AML check on the sender address is in progress (usually a few minutes).
- Something is technically stuck — message
@BitMomentSupportBotwith the TxID.
AML address check
Every deposit and withdrawal triggers an automated check of the sender's (deposit) or recipient's (withdrawal) address against AML provider databases.
- Low risk (0–25) — deposit credited automatically, withdrawal goes through with no delays.
- Medium risk (26–50) — deposit credited, an alert is recorded; withdrawal may pass with additional checks.
- High risk (51–75) — deposit goes to manual review.
- Critical risk (76–100) — deposit frozen, you need to contact
legal@bitmoment.pro.
The platform does not publish the thresholds and criteria for risk scoring, to prevent gaming. If your deposit is frozen, write to support and explain the source of funds.
Address book and 24-hour activation
Withdrawal addresses can be saved to your address book. Any new address becomes active 24 hours after being added. Until then, you can't withdraw to it.
This protects against two scenarios:
- Clipboard-swap virus. If your device has malware that swaps copied addresses, the 24-hour window gives you time to notice (we email a notification on every new address added).
- Account takeover. If someone got into your account, they can't immediately drain funds to their own address — you have 24 hours to spot it and revoke their session.
The 24-hour rule is not bypassable. Don't add addresses at the last minute — add them in advance.
Minimum amounts
- Minimum trade: ₽5,000.
- Minimum withdrawal: configured per network by admins, shown in the withdrawal form.
- Minimum deposit: no hard minimum, but if the deposit is tiny and the network fee is high (especially ERC20), the operation may not be worth it.
